To the maximum extent permitted by law, weedaway.com disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether expressed, implied or statutory, including without limitation the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

In addition, weedaway.com does not warrant, guarantee or make any representations regarding the security of accounts, or that this site is free from destructive materials, including but not limited to computer viruses, hackers, or other technical sabotage, nor does it warrant, guarantee or make any representations that access to this site will be fully accessible at all times, uninterrupted or error free.

Refund Policy

Once an order has been processed online and a refund is requested, the order will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 20%.

Delivery Policy

When placing an order for Global Earth Bags please indicate with an "X" which side of your driveway (left or right) our driver should place your bag on. If an "X" is not indicated, our driver will place the bag(s) in an area they feel works best and will not be able to return again. Delivery will be made within 7 days or less so please indicate the "X" as soon as you place your order.
